Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the mamak24 platform for the following purposes:
- Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
- Using automated software, bots, or systems to exploit the platform.
- Disrupting the technical operations of the platform or compromising the security of other users.
- Sharing your account or allowing any third party to access it.
- Registering using a false identity or inaccurate information.
Payments, Deposits, and Transactions in MYR
All transactions on the mamak24 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include FPX, DuitNow, and internet banking supported by the platform. Deposits are processed automatically and are typically available within minutes of successful confirmation.
Deposit and Withdrawal Conditions
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the selected payment method and may change without prior notice.
- Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the mamak24 account holder.
- Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed, particularly for new accounts or amounts exceeding a certain threshold.
- Mamak24 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal while an investigation is ongoing if there are indications of suspicious activity.
- You are responsible for any banking fees or charges imposed by your own bank.
Transaction Errors
In the event of a technical error or disruption that results in funds being incorrectly credited to your account, mamak24 reserves the right to correct the error without prior notice. You are not entitled to claim any funds credited as a result of such a technical error.
Liability Limits, Accounts, and Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
Mamak24 provides the platform on an as-is basis and makes no implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of content, or fitness for any particular purpose. Mamak24's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount actually deposited by that user into their account within the 30 days prior to the relevant claim.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Mamak24 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, suspected fraudulent activity, use of multiple accounts, or at the request of a relevant authority. Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned upon completion of the investigation, subject to no policy violations being found.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mamak24 platform, including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software, is the exclusive property of mamak24 or its respective licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
